Description of Technology Used
The A/E Business Council's smart board and video conferencing unit is used for your B2B Connections!
The set-top is designed for small meeting rooms to give you the opportunity to conduct high-definition video conferences. This unit communicates with other standards-based videos, phones, and PC videos. The set-top has a wide angle camera with zoom, pan, and tilting capabilities that an asset when communicating with a second party. It has the capability to join up to 4 video and 3 audio sites at once creating a virtual face-to-face meeting with numerous people at once. You can also seamlessly share files using the PC presentation capabilities and stream important documents.
The meeting room is also set up with speakers and wireless microphones so you don't have to be connected to the device when operating it. It provides clear sound, brilliant pictures and your choice of networks.
